Welcome to Our Return Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

Returns

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: selected discounted items, personalized items, and non-tangible items such as (but not limited to) services, software, workshops, or webinars. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless otherwise specified in writting and signed by Authorized Personnel from Traduality Language Solutions LLC.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at support@traduality.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

All returned merchandise should be sent to the address specified via e-mail after initiating your return.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, you may be requested to send the items back to the manufacturer and provide us with a valid Shipping Tracking Number.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

To request a refund for non-tangible items, please e-mail us at support@traduality.com.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

If your non-tangible item purchase is approved for a refund, you will receive an official letter signed by a Traduality Language Solutions LLC executive authorized to approve your refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of non-tangible items, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Satisfaction Warranty

Traduality Language Solutions LLC offers Satisfaction Warranty on the following professional services: Technical Translations, Certified Translations, Video Game Localization, Website Localization, Software & Apps Localization, Commercial Localization, Subtitling and Transcriptions.

You may request to apply your Satisfaction Warranty if you detect mistakes in the final delivery of one of the professional services mentioned above or if you suspect the work delivered does not meet the minimum quality standards to be considered Professional Work. You may request to apply your Satisfaction Warranty by e-mailing your assigned Project Manager.

If your Satisfaction Warranty request is accepted by Us, We will consider fixing all mistakes an urgent task and will provide you with a new delivery deadline. You may apply your Satisfaction Warranty as many times as you want until you are satisfied with the work delivered.

If mistakes include poor quality work such as mistranslations, text interpretation mistakes or non-requested low quality machine translations, and the issues persists after receiving multiple corrected deliveries, you may be entitled for a full refund. Please e-mail us at support@traduality.com instead. We may require you to provide a proofreading of our work that includes all mistakes highlighted made by a third party professional translator.

If your refund is approved, you will receive an official letter signed by a Traduality Language Solutions LLC executive authorized to approve your refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund of professional services, or to impose different or additional conditions.

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
